Step 2: Pick Up a Carpet Cleaner Rental Machine & Formula
What do you need to rent a carpet cleaner?
Once you arrive at the store, go to the service counter and let them know you’d like to rent a BISSELL® Big Green® Deep Cleaning Machine. If you have already filled out the rental agreement at home, give that to the clerk and they will finish the rest of the process. If you didn’t, no problem! The clerk will help you fill out the form and answer any questions you may have. Don’t forget to purchase a carpet cleaning formula and pretreat sprays!

After carpet cleaning, rinse the machine tanks, remove hair in the brush roll and wipe down the bottom of the carpet cleaner. Then return it to the same retailer where you picked up the carpet cleaner rental machine within your rental period time (24- or 48-hours).
